CUTS ALL KINDS OF SHAPES AND LAYOUT MARKING ON ALL 4 SIDESThe V808 robotic profile processor is capable of processing nearly any kind of shape that needs to be produced in profile widths up to 1.250 mm (50"). When this profile width is not common in your production, our newest coping robot, the Voortman V807 often suffices for processing profile widths up to 1.050 mm (42"). Rat holes, seismic structural design connections (like slotted web and “dog bone” cuts), copes at the start or end of a product, block outs, holes in every size and shape, weld preparations and marking on all 4 sides are just some examples of possible cuts the V808’s robot can process thermally.

Robotic Coping or Profiling is an equivalent to an optimized fabrication procedure that has been designed to ease the lives of metalworkers and fabricators. The system can operate various processes such as beam drill lines, angles lines, hydraulic punches, ironworkers and band saws. This is an easy way to transform your fabrication processes into a hundred.

Since the Voortman V808 can process all four sides of the material with only one robot it is the most versatile machine on the market. All cuts and profiles as seen in the video can be done without manual programming in the software.

You can use your profiles fully from front to rear with the V808 equipped with sliding roller conveyors. This ensures that there is no waste material. In full automation, cross-transports and infeed/outfeed roller conveyors combine to reduce the minimum infeed length by sliding roller conveyors.
